I did! I regretted it then, and I regret it even more now, haha. (I also accidentally killed Tharja, but by that point I'd figured out what I did wrong, so I reloaded it and recruited her.) I haven't checked out many Gaius' other supports yet— Chrom using Lissa's candy to bribe him into joining meant that I went straight for the her supports, haha. Kellam/Lissa sounds cute, though! (Though, tbh, I ship Lissa with a ridiculous amount of characters. To me, she's very shippable.)
