I like Abigail & Sebastian’s relationship a lot, but I’m really flexible in how I enjoy it: platonic friends, friends with benefits, a romantic relationship, a messy grey area where even they aren’t sure if this is friendship or romance (especially if they’re also fucking at the same time). All variants are of the good!

Abigail/Haley is such a favorite of mine. For the BDSM/kink tags, I have a preferences for them being switches or Haley domming. The BDSM exchange had the freeform tag “Switchy couple both wear day collars”, which I thought was the absolute cutest thing, and really like the thought of for these two.

Vampires: Abigail does spend time hanging around in cemeteries… Or maybe there’s a different reason why Sebastian spends so much time in his basement? If you interpret this as one of the requested characters being a vampire themselves, I’d rather it be a recent or relatively recent change, as opposed to them being ancient immortals.

Stardew Valley is such a good vehicle for horror, and I’d love to see anything you do with those related tags. But I also love the setting of Stardew Valley itself as it exists in-game, and anything that captures that feel would also delight me.

I’d rather the horror / time loop tags not be related to the “the farmer starts a new game” trope. In general, I’m not super interested in the farmer being a major character in Stardew Valley fanworks (though mentions or appearances as a side character are alright).

Lunar/Nikki: Lunar’s death was a bit of a revelation for me, in that it both instantly made me invested in this game’s story for the first time and made me fall hard for this pairing. Nikki’s grief for her is just ♥. I’m also so, so into how pretty and elegant Lunar is.

Lunar can be around as a ghost, a memory in Nikki’s heart (by which I mean both the normal kind of memory and the more tangible kind that showed up in one of the events), in dreams, in fleeting interactions with an alternate timelines, or even (shocking, I know, haha) back when Lunar was still alive.

Bobo/Nikki: Like with many other things, I started shipping them with Lunar's death. How she encouraged Nikki to pick herself up and keep going! And then feelings got complicated, with abandonment and betrayal and Dark Bobo and I'm just, I love them so so much.

Beyond that, I think the tags speak for themselves! Feel free to dig as much or as a little into the lore as you please: I definitely don’t know everything either (despite having played for so many years), but I love the vibe of this world quite a bit.

NYY is one of my absolute favorite characters: I love her character growth so much and am endlessly fascinated by the differences between her and who she was in PIDW. SHL, on the other hand, is a character I find both hot and fun to read about. I love her breezy scarlet outfits, the jingling bracelets she wears, her casual, laughing cruelty and very demonic morality… and her status as an overworked employee, haha.

I’d love so much for this request: horror, smut, canon-typical shenanigans, stuff that tackles canon’s more serious moments, and more.

I love the idea of NYY becoming SQQ’s succeeding disciple! Maybe it turns out that in a world where The Resentment of Chunsan is widespread knowledge, a peak lord’s succeeding disciple and a demon lord’s overworked employee have a surprising amount of reasons for needing to meet with each other? Both for serious or ridiculous reasons would be great.

I’m always up for anything involving the weird flora and fauna of this world (or weird traditions and/or rituals)! Or, for something more serious, maybe an encounter between these two during those five years when SQQ’s dead and tensions between Cang Qiong and Luo Binghe are at an all-time high?

For crossovers: I’d be up for any fantasy canon, regardless of if I know it or not—especially if it has great female characters for NYY to interact with. I just love crossovers in general a lot. There’s something so incredibly satisfying about seeing how two different worlds mesh together, especially when the author highlights and contrasts the differences in each canon’s worldbuilding and magic systems. I really love watching characters trying to figure the characters from other canons out, with all their abilities/backstories/interesting aspects of their characters and original world being slowly revealed along the way. If you do a crossover with a video game canon, I’d love it if the game mechanics / fighting system was somehow integrated into the worldbuilding.

Once upon a time, I wrote a treat for a ship I’d never considered before, and accidentally tricked myself into shipping it hard in the process.

I’d love fic set during the apocalyptic future, during the main canon time travel, post-canon, or canon divergences (or bad timelines / bad endings!) breaking off from from any of those points.

Lucina disappearing post-canon if she isn’t paired with anyone broke my heart the first time I played the game, but it makes so much sense, and I consider it my “canon” ending for her. Maybe Severa searches for her—or maybe she stumbles across her unexpectedly years later? I feel like there would be a lot of complicated emotions at play there, considering Severa’s abandonment issues.

If you’ve played Fates, I’d love anything that includes Severa’s character development and experiences from that game—and would be up for fic that takes place in either setting.

I have a truly ridiculous amount of feelings about these three. I already really liked them in Awakening, and getting to see them again in Fates was… amazing. Plotwise, I cry a lot about how underutilized their plotline was in Revelations after having spent all that effort setting it up, but in terms of characterization and relationships, I am awash in both emotion and iddy delight.

I loved seeing how they’ve grown and matured as people over the years, and I also loved seeing the ways in which their relationships with each other have also changed and grown. I love the concept of the three of them being strangers in a strange world together, with no one else familiar with their pasts and histories but each other. The Awakening kids are already a small group of time-traveling survivors from a post-apocalyptic world, and adding dimensional travel into the mix is just… these three have lived through so much, and the only ones who can truly share in and understand the entirety of those experiences are the other two members of this trio. The kind of bond something like that must create fascinates me—and Odin & Laslow’s S-Support really got to me in part because of that.

I recently rewatched this anime for the first time in over a decade, and while I haven’t fully settled on how I feel about the ships I was into back then (do I ship Fakir/Ahiru or do I just really like their friendship? who knows!), I do know that I continued to really like Ahiru & Rue’s dynamics in the first half, and wished we could have gotten more of their interactions in the second half—though what we did get was golden.

I’d love canon divergences, snapshots of other moments that could have happened during canon, a reimagining where Rue & Ahiru are still initially driven by their relationships with Mytho as in canon but then fall in love along the way. A canon-typical mixture of darkness and hope would be lovely, as would horror or something more bittersweet!

While I’ve referred to her as Ahiru throughout this request, I’m fine with both Ahiru or Duck being used as her name.
