Beforehand, I would have never have thought that this would hit me so hard. While I was aware of who he was, I only pay the vaguest attention to the video game industry outside of the actual games, and so am not super well-informed about the people in it. But I knew— and liked— enough about him for the news to make my heart sink, and for thinking about it to sadden me.
I don't really think there's anything else to say. I might edit this post later on, if I come across any other links about him that I want to preserve.
