Most Fun To Write:
“Indecent Desires”, “(a)rousing the dead”, “Shattered”, and “System Restore” were all fun in their own ways.
Hardest To Write:
“Soon There’ll Be Iceflowers” and “caught in this poisoned paradise” both gave me so much trouble in their own ways, though possibly at least part of that was because of the short timeframe I had in which to write them.
“We Never Dreamed These Walls” (especially chapters 3-4) also went through so many rewrites before I got it to where I wanted it to be.
Favorite To Read:
I have a lot of these this year! To name a few: “On the Edge of Desire”, “Shattered”, “Indecent Desires”, “The Place Your Heart Inhabits”, and “We Never Dreamed These Walls”.
Most Popular:
“We Never Dreamed These Walls”. 2000+ kudos, ~200 comments, and over 600 bookmarks (including private bookmarks)—nothing else I’ve ever written even comes close.
Favorite Title
I have a special fondness for “(a)rousing the dead”, though I also really liked “Soon There’ll Be Iceflowers”, “We Never Dreamed These Walls”, and “The Wrong Bed Chronicles”.
Favorite Opening Line(s)
As far as Shen Qingqiu was concerned, there were only three acceptable locations to wake up in: his comfortable bed in the bamboo house, his comfortable bed in Luo Binghe’s palace in the demon realm, or in a comfortable bed in an inn.

Do you have any fanfic or prolific goals for the new year?
Try to pace myself better with exchanges. Avoid exchange burn-out. Try to find a balance between writing exchange fic and personal project. Finish more of my WIPs. In short, more or less the same goals as always.
